Travelholic ERP

Overview

Travelholic runs 100 plus furnished apartments across Cairo. Nemo built the operating system behind that operation: one modular ERP with an AI layer built in, not a booking tool bolted onto spreadsheets.

The story

At 100 plus units, the old way, WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets, manual everything, was already costing guests, revenue, and control. Travelholic needed one connected system to replace all of it, not another tool added to the pile.

The challenge

Inventory across 100 plus units and 30 plus stores, finance, housekeeping, maintenance, procurement, and an owner portal were all running as separate, disconnected processes. Nothing talked to anything else, and nobody had one place to see the whole business.

Our approach

We built a modular ERP under a single navigation, so every part of the operation, bookings, finance, housekeeping, maintenance, procurement, lives in one system instead of a dozen. Every module shipped operational, not a demo.

Implementation

A global AI layer runs across the system: ask questions and pull insights from any screen, update inventory by image, voice, or receipt scanning, and let AI agents handle customer service and sales from one shared knowledge base. Built on React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, with React Native, Node, and FastAPI, Supabase with pgvector, n8n automation, and integrations across Hostify, Zoho Books, Paymob, PriceLabs, and Tuya smart locks.

Results

One system now runs the bookings, the operations, and the intelligence behind both. Travelholic is client zero for a platform Nemo is taking to hospitality operators across MENA.
