Who we are

Nemo, also referred to as Made by Nemo, is a custom technology studio with teams in Cairo, Egypt and Istanbul, Turkey. For any privacy question, contact us at hi@madebynemo.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email, and the project details you share, along with your company and phone number if you provide them. When you apply for a role we collect your name, email, phone, portfolio links, your CV, and your answers to the application questions.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics providers may process basic technical and usage data, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. This is described below.

How we use it

We use the information to reply to your enquiry, evaluate job applications, operate and improve the site, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site traffic. It does not use cookies in this implementation. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking on this site. Read our Cookie Policy for the full current list.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you. These include Airtable, which stores contact and application submissions, UploadThing, which handles file uploads, Vercel, which hosts the site and provides analytics, and Resend, which sends email notifications. Each processes data under its own terms.

International transfers

Our team and our providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the regions where these providers run their services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and for any period the law requires. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hi@madebynemo.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our services change. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
