Overview

TEkronyx AIP is an AI platform built for a national security body, giving officers a faster, structured way to turn fieldwork into reports.

The story

Report writing is where hours disappear in public safety work. Officers needed a way to move from the field to a finished report without losing structure, accuracy, or the paper trail a security operation depends on.

The challenge

Manual report writing was slow and inconsistent, and it pulled officers away from the work itself. There was no shared system for creating, saving, and returning to case work, and no way to see patterns across incidents without digging through files by hand.

Our approach

We built the reporting flow around voice first, not forms first. Officers speak, the system structures. Nemo owned the AI layer end to end: the agent workflows, the chat persistence, and the integration across the frontend and backend, working alongside the client's AI developer.

Implementation

Guided voice to text report creation with structured document generation, saved conversations, and resumable case workflows, plus a crime analytics map dashboard and a forecasting proof of concept for likely incidents by region. Built on React Native, Mapbox, OpenAI, Firebase, and ElevenLabs.

Results

Report writing time cut by roughly 80 percent, with one platform for creating, saving, and returning to case work instead of starting over each time.
