Overview

Most productivity tools start with tasks. Kernel starts with who you are: a life operating system built by Nemo, still in development.

The story

The idea came from a simple observation: faith, work, relationships, health, and finances all get tracked in different apps, and none of them talk to each other or reflect what actually matters that day.

The challenge

Existing tools optimize for task lists, not for a life. Prayer times, relationships, and financial runway all get lost between apps that were never built to hold them together.

Our approach

One interface to run a whole life, from daily rituals to work, relationships, health, and finances, without switching apps or losing context. Prayer times sit in the calendar. Relationships surface when they matter. Financial runway reads as a single clear signal.

Implementation

A ritual first, keyboard driven experience: monochromatic, high information density, progressive disclosure. A cockpit dashboard surfaces the next meaningful action, a drag and drop grid handles weekly planning, and a weekly review reads a person's own patterns back to them.
