Overview

Egyptian Marble & Granite runs a marble and granite manufacturing and retail network. Nemo built the CRM and workflow system that now runs the floor, the orders, and the people behind it.

The story

The business was already large: production lines, retail counters, delivery routes, and a growing team, all coordinating through scattered tools and manual reporting. Leadership had no single place to see what was actually happening across the operation.

The challenge

Work was spread across spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper trails. Nobody outside the floor could see order status, worker assignments, or payment state in real time. Reporting meant chasing people, not reading a screen.

Our approach

We built a CRM around how the business actually runs, not a generic template forced onto it. Role based access, revocable permissions, and activity logging came first, so the system could be trusted with the whole operation, not just a slice of it.

Implementation

A modular workflow system covering production, delivery, payments, and finance, with a calendar based manager for day to day operations and the assignment of workers and engineers. Built on React, TypeScript, Supabase, and PostgreSQL, styled with Tailwind.

Results

One system now runs the floor, the orders, and the people, with real time visibility across the business. The operation depends on it daily.
