Frontend Engineer

Nemo builds digital products where experience matters as much as functionality. We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who can think through interfaces before they are built. It combines product thinking, UI/UX understanding, frontend engineering, and design execution. You will not simply receive designs and implement them. You will help shape layouts, user flows, interaction structure, and visual direction. Design comes first. Execution follows with precision.

What you'll do

  • Think critically before implementation. Propose interface structures and flows
  • Create or iterate on UI concepts in Figma before a line of code is written
  • Transform ideas into high-quality, production-ready frontend interfaces
  • Ensure consistency across the entire product experience
  • Communicate functionality clearly through design and interaction
  • Work on web products for international clients where quality and usability matter deeply
  • Challenge ideas constructively and propose better solutions
  • Maintain high standards consistently across every deliverable

What we're looking for

  • Strong React and modern frontend experience
  • UI/UX understanding beyond implementation. You think from from the user's perspective
  • Ability to create or iterate on interfaces in Figma
  • Strong visual taste and product intuition
  • Can explain and justify design decisions clearly
  • Understands structure, hierarchy, and visual communication
  • Can independently improve rough ideas into polished solutions
  • Cares deeply about details, consistency, and experience quality

Nice to haves

  • Experience building design systems
  • Product thinking background
  • Strong understanding of SaaS / product UX
  • Motion and interaction understanding
  • Experience working with international-level quality standards
